Peugeot - Paris Manual Pepper Mill - Adjustable Grinder - Beechwood, Chocolate

This was a replacement for a Peugeot that I had had for 43 years. They last!

Peugeot pepper mills are the Rolls Royce. I was noticing last night that the grinding process seems to glide smoothly while reducing the peppercorns to the desired size. I recommend without hesitation this size because the smaller size doesn’t have the glide! And besides this one holds a remarkable amount of peppercorns!

Although I like this peppermill, it came somewhat damaged, the base has nicks and scratches, would be nice to get a small credit.Pepper comes out nice, it’s a very solid product

This is what your lookingt for. It’s perfect. Love it. Wish I bought years ago. If you like to cook this is something you need.

The pepper mill arrived dented and missing brass bolt on top. The mill separated then dented itself inside the box.

If I could have all of the money back that I have wasted on cheaper grinders, I could have bought a few of these, and would have, had I known how well this works.

My order arrived missing parts and unusable. I ordered a 12in peppermill, showed up missing the top adjustment knob. I've sent two emails to Peugeots service department and have NOT received so much as a word back from them. Terrible customer service! I will be returning the item since the manufacturer won't respond to service requests.

U-Paris Select was my first choice, but after reading too many reviews of owners having their grinder's base cracking, I opted for the Classic and I am so glad I did. Sure, I can't adjust the coarseness of the grind, but I rarely need to adjust the grind. I just need pepper for whatever I'm making. The base of the U-Select Paris seems to be made of inferior quality wood and therefore it's prone to cracking. If i'm spending $60 on a pepper grind, it better last a long time. You won't regret this purchase. But definitely get the Classic!
