Extra Strength

I bought this Heavyweight Weave Door and Window Screen roll as a cheap alternative to replacing my sliding screen door. A $190-$250 door vrs a $35 roll of screen? I thought why not? The screen is ...strong...better than the original. I also read several reviews that recommend buying a roll instead of folded screen since it can be hard to get the wrinkles out, so I went with this for my project. I highly suggest buying both the installation tool and the spline for your project. It just made the whole thing a breeze. Good product.

I used this in a very different manner. I made beach bags out of the screen. Works really well! cuts easily with scissors and sews up nicely in my machine. Wish it came in other colors. My clients love the bags!!!

We have an enclosed, screened porch and four rescued cats and I needed to replace the metal screening that was originally used when we bought the house that our cats tore through. The screen is very durable and worked better than expected. A little pricey for the amount, but overall I am very pleased with it and that I purchased it. It looks great and I will be purchasing more rolls to replace every window and screen door screening as well.Would highly recommend this to anyone who is needing to replace their screens, especially if you have cats.

Worth what paid for, easy to install not exactly what was looking for but it’s not the product quality that is good. I chose the Wrong kind because I needed one that my pets could not tear. So far they have not torn it.

I ordered extra strength screening for an alternative use--to line bird feeders and my gardening sieve. I first utilized the screening in two platform feeders to prevent the smallest seeds, millet, from falling through. I also added the screening to my gardening sieve which I use to separate seed on the ground for recycling to the driveway. The screening has been in place for a number of months. It's still working perfectly with no rips or tears. I don't yet know its lifespan; however, I am hoping for several years (possibly five) since I use thread and handwork to secure the screening.

I used this screening to make panels for enclosing our gazebo. They were very easy to sew binding to, then I added grommets for hanging the panels. It worked out so well that I made panels to enclose our side porch as well. A very inexpensive solution to keep out rain, pollen, and bugs

I ordered one sold and shipped by amazon themselves. I thought "Wow this isn't very premium or extra strength" but it was easy to install so I ordered another through my order history for the other door since it went to well. During install I noticed it was a lot thicker and better quality. Now it's obvious I was shipped the wrong product the first time around. I have mismatched screens. My advice is to order all the screens you need at once to ensure all product skus match. The extra thick premium worked with a 0.125 spline for me and the first thinner work worked best with a 0.16

We needed to make our own screen for an oddly sized window, and settled on this screen material. We have pets who always want to try and escape, so it was important to get a material that was sturdy and this fit the bill. We are pleased with it.
