Scandal - Season 3 [DVD]

I can't believe I hadn't got into Scandal sooner!I started watching it this Autumn and demolished three series in less than a week, it was one of the best series I've ever watched.It's obviously not a heavy hitting series, it's almost like a Soap, but it is clever. The script is really well done and the characters (apart from Quinn are all likeable, and well built characters)The relationship between Fitz and Olivia will drive you insane, Mellie is one of the best characters on television (even more so in season 4), you feel her turmoil, a bright woman stuck in a loveless marriage to the most powerful man in the world, who can't stay away from Olivia. The love square between Jake, Olivia, Fitz, Mellie is enought to drive you insane!And let us not forget the best character: Rowan.In the midst of all the political ongoings of Washington DC you have this Father Daughter relationship that is troubled to say the least. I would 100% recommend Scandal to anyone, by episode 3 you'll be hooked.Just make sure you stock up on Red Wine and Popcorn.

Great series. Watched the first season years ago but didn't keep up with it at the time, so it's great to be able to catch up on the Amazon Fire stick.

Good acting. The ending was my best bit. She managed to get away. The best feeling ever. Shocking who the Os mum really is. Very disappointed when her dad got fired. Even better plot/twist of the Presidents son. Actually shocking where the plot went. Disappointed about wife's decision to have the affair and get caught so soon. That bit was rushed. No love there, just lust. I wish it was allowed to develop.

Having watch this show from season 1 I have to say season 3 is the best so far. The twists in this series are amazing. I have lost sympathy with the character of Fitz as President but you will be stunned by the assorted turn of events in this season -every episode brings something new. I would also add watching it on my Amazon fire box means I don't have to wait between episodes & can keep the momentum going!

An interesting serial which explores key themes in professional women 's life this time set in the politics of the White House.How attachment in our childhood shapes our future relationships and how serving others as an escape from a dysfunctional childhood can be overcome are explored as implicit and explicit themes.The drama of the White House and the glamour of the main character makes for an entertaining backdrop.

A great series.Acting is very good.Storylines are good.West wing and House of Cards all rolled into one great series.Give it a watch, you will be hooked.

WOW. Just finished this DVD and loved every minute and every episode. You will not be disappointed - its a great series and my husband and I love it. It makes a differerence being able to watch a couple of episodes together as you can keep a track of whats going on and boy a lot goes on lol ENJOY!

More of this rather original and individual series about a team of "fixers" of "things" in the world of Washington and its highest echelons. The murky, the mucky and whatever else handled by trickier people than the dirty tricksters. Ms Washinton is the glamorous boss more connected than the national grid. Great viewing and this completes our set.
