The opener works really well! Only 4 stars because I ordered black for my fiance and we got hot pink. Not a big deal for us, but could be for other customers.

It does what it says it does and does it well.Just put over the top of a beer bottle and press down... the cap is removed and sticks to the magnet in the opener.Makes for a good gift for a beer drinker.... and a nice conversation starter when people see it for the first time, especially at a party.The only quibble I can think of is the price... while it's a "cool" opener and it works, it does seem expensive for what it does, and the outer shell is plastic, not metal.Overall 4.5 stars and rounding up to 5.NOTE: I was sent a free product sample for review. The reviews have covered all of the positive aspects, but I will just reiterate that this thing is really COOL! It works great,wows people at parties and is very convenient.Two things of note:1) It's a little too large to carry in a pocket conveniently.2) As commented by others, it doesn't necessarily work 100% of the time. I found that it seems to have to do with the angel you place it on a bottle - it needs to be placed down flush, and if you place it with a steady hand you'll feel it start to pick up tension as soon as it hits the bottle top. With a little practice it should be nearly 100%, or at the minimum I'll know when it's not going to work because I'll feel a lack of tension as I set it down.

I saw this type of bottle opener at my friends house, and scouted online to order one. Prices varied but then I saw zaptop add for $19.95 showing 3 of them in the picture...... I figured $7 ish each was a solid deal (most others were about $8-$12 each)...... then I got my order and there was only one in there? I logged in to report that I only got one, and reviewed my order, and it does say only 1 per pack...... needless to say, I thought I was paying $20 for 3, not 1. It does look like a quality item and something I'll use for a long time, but I just thought I was getting two more to give to my buddies. The pictures were somewhat misleading by showing three, but it does say only 1 per pack in the description and I just overlooked it.

I bought this because I want to collect bottle caps and it does a pretty good job of removing the cap without damaging it, BUT for some reason it sometimes doesn't want to "catch" the bottle cap and it takes several attempts to get the cap off. Maybe this is somehow my fault, but it's still somewhat annoying. I'm still glad I bought it, but it's not perfect.

This product is AMAZING!!! I had just ordered a similar product through amazon but it would not work at all, thank you Amazon for returning it without any issues. I tried this product one time and it is, like I said AMAZING. I used it all weekend while camping and never did it malfunction. I also collect beer caps and this is the perfect tool to use to collect them it does not damage the cap at all. Definitely recommend this to anyone.

This thing is pretty cool. It will attract the attention of your friends AND open your beer. What more can you ask for? It takes a little extra effort to open short necked bottles, but in my experience I was able to open them. Also, if you happen to be into keeping the bottle caps: with the exception of a VERY tiny dent around the top of the cap, this opener keeps the cap intact! I can't recommend this product enough!
