I had a varicocele surgery and needed to wear an athletic supporter so bought these in a haste. I love them! Super comfortable, they keep things in place but you can barely tell you’re wearing anything, and they breathe.The one caveat is that the leg straps are really small.... Like... Really small. I don't by any means have a massive rear bumper but these straps were so tight they were squeezed up to my femoral bones.I recommend buying one size up for the straps. But still would buy again

I'm a big guy in terms of build and very large in terms of endowment and most jockstraps are too tight with the waistband and the waist usually rolls during my workouts. Most legs bands are too loose after a few washings, even with my bigger thighs/glutes, and most jockstrap pouches are the furthest thing from comfortable as you can get, that is up until the give up trying to contain my equipment. With these Goldberg jockstraps however none of these problems are an issue. The waistband doesn't roll even when sopping wet from sweat, it stays in place comfortably and also doesn't grab and pull at my body hair. The legs bands maintain their shape and fit even with repeated hot washings (line dry though, avoid the dryer), and the pouch stays comfortable even through all day workouts thanks to the snug but very stretch friendly fit and material. Thanks to that stretchiness I also don't have to worry about containment failure even during the hardest of workouts, the pouch can easily handle even my hefty gear with no issues. I would definitely recommend these jockstraps to any man who wants a classic "bike style" old school strap at a decent price and is looking for a quality item made with the needs of actual real men in mind and what they need in their day-to-day lives.

The wide waistband is less discrete than other brands, and makes the product a tad unwieldy to put on and take off, especially during restroom breaks.

Ok guys awhile ago I decided that I was tired of the uncomfortable tighty-white type underwear that I have worn for years. Mostly due to getting caught up in the a married, older, overweight guy can't wear bikini briefs or more shall I say it sexy underwear. After my divorce getting back to the gym meeting my partner I thought with my partners encouragement it was time to change. I started with some non-cotton briefs that I could get locally tried non cotton boxers and boxers briefs but I feel like another reviewer said of them . Basically l if I'm going to wear shorts under my jeans I'd wear shorts. So I've tried various bikini briefs, now I'm trying out jockstraps I've tried two different styles from McDavid their regular and swimmers jock, I found them ok but more suited to the gym and shorter time wear as it seemed the waistband didn't get soft. I tried a Papi jock some fashion jocks, and now these. Unlike the McDavid these jocks the waistband is comfortable nice and wide but didn't roll over the pouch supports well yet soft. I've always found wearing jocks kind of a sexy thing the quintessential mans underwear. They cover the front yet the rear is open exposed as much as you want I kind of like the feel different clothing gave me from the scrubs I wear at work to jeans as I walk around the material moves over your exposed cheeks. So like the bikini, and other more modern styles of men's underwear this one is going into my daily rotation of underwear. I also love the colors, where I'm not stuck wearing black or white jock.

My purpose in buying a jock is for use as underwear.My waist is thirty five (35) and bought size Extra-Large (XL).They fit perfectly.
