This is truly a good product for fulfilling it's purpose. Chapatis are soft after 4 hours also.

PROS- Appealing stainless steel finish- Capacity is more than adequate- Glass cover is durable- Can be used to store non-gravy sabzi/ medium gravy dishes.- Retains food smell, as in there is no plastic smell intrusionCONS- This is not insulating- Glass lid is not lockable- Retains heat like any normal plastic casserole.- Slightly priceyBuy for the capacity, aroma retention and looks. Not for insulation.

Rotis are NOT wet or soggy. The quality is good.

Product is good. Looks good. Doesn't retain heat much.Lid doesn't lock tight. We can just place the glass lid just like how we keep on a Fry Pan when cooking.Main problem I am facing is the lack of a Grab Handle (at least one) which makes it difficult to handle it with food or even while washing as well.

The media could not be loaded. I am writing this review after using the product for one complete month. Overall quality of the product is good but the glass lid is not durable. It broke at own exactly after one month. It was kept ideal then suddenly a glass broking sound appeared and lid shattered completely. I am attaching a photo and a video which speak itself. I had purchased Borosil Stainless Steel Insulated Roti Server, 2.5 L, Silver after thorough research but was not expected this happening from such a reputed brand like Borosil. Borosil has broke my trust by giving such inferior quality product. Every one should think of it twice before buying.

Does the work perfect. Great looks. Keeps the food warm long enough. Weights comfortably lite. Awesome product by borosil.

It doesn't keep your Chapati warm, but definitely it keeps your Chapati free from sogginess and moisture. No need to wrap up with any foil or traditional cloth. The lock feature is there but it's hard to open the lid & you feel sometimes as the lid holder will come out and break,but then due to keeping hot Chapati it creates a vacuum which tightens the lid so strong. The product is very good. Go for it.
