There are 9 sheets in the bulk package. Each sheet is 32" x 18" for a total of 36 square feet.

Q: Would Dynamat be good to use on a cargo van metal floor to reduce road noise? Insulation would be next layer before plywood.

Yes, especially in passenger area. It would also work in the rear/behind the seats. Not cheap though.I'd use Dynamat Xtreme in passenger area and run of the mill insulation (silver foil on both sides of matting) in the rest of the van.

Q: how would it does a roof headliner would it fall with the extreme heat?

Nope, has fallen on me, and actually got the weaker one before this one came out. Been about 3 threes going strong. Will fail with water.
