Difficult to swallow

I always struggled to find the right magnesium I found with my system magnesium dioxide works best but since I bought this it's actually much betterIt has all three.

This is simple in that you only need one a day. The only downside is the size, it's hard to swallow these without a drink and if you don't swallow it properly, be prepared for a lumpy feeling in your throat for several minutes afterwards. Would definitely buy again.

Since many years I regularly order products from Maxi health (Magnesium, vitamin D, Glucosamine...) as they are not only kosher but really efficient to me so I chose to say it. Thanks to this brand and continue to keep quality please.

My wife stated these helped with sleeping. Rather large but effective.
