Much mote effective and no side effects than other brands. I have dry eyes and my eye doctor asked me to supplement with fish oil. Tried a few other brands, but after coming across dr eye health youtube video for best fish oil for the same, bought this. The high omega 3 content with high epa dha ratio, really rhelped my mental cognition. I had to use lesser and lesser eye drops and was feeling a lot more enrrgetic. I have used them for 3 months, and my omega 3 content in my body has risen. No fishy burps or any side effects I noticed. No after taste. But expensive for long term use for us in India. My memory and cognition greatly improved along with reduced stress. Worth their money

I have ordered these capsules recently. I will only know in about a month's time how useful they are. I did go to the Nordic Naturals website and entered the lot number to check for authenticity. Seems genuine and I hope the capsules work as advertised.
