Love the dimmer feature on the clock face. You can dim it to the point that you can barely see it. I just wish it had the same dimmer feature on the projection. The projection is either very bright, bright, or off. The reflection is really bright even at the lowest setting. I remedied this by putting several layers of dark headlight tinting tape over the projector.The alarm is fairly easy to set, but fairly difficult to turn completely off. You can stop the alarm with the snooze button, but it automatically just resets for the next day. To turn it completely off, you have to push a series of 3 buttons. This is not easily accomplished in the dark without turning on a light and waking others up.Overall, I like this clock. The only improvements I would recommend is putting a better dimmer on the projector, and making it simpler to completely disarm the alarm.

We bought the wood color with green numbers. The numbers are nice and large so I can see them without my glasses and I love the ceiling projection.

I received this clock for Christmas. I put it on my list based on this Amazon listing, and many of the positive reviews. The clock itself looks really great. Fits in well with my decor, and is sleek and understated. Although, upon actually handling the clock, it feels pretty cheap. It's VERY light, and not in a good way. The "wood" is not really wood, and seems prone to chipping or breaking.My biggest issue with the clock is the projection (one of the main reasons I got it). I have 8' ceilings, so the projection is well within the suggested 5'-10' range. However, the projection is blurry, and there is no way to focus it. In addition, as another reviewer mentioned, the projection shows the numbers, and a square of light that "leaks" out around the numbers. I'm not sure what the design flaw is here, but something isn't right. It's not enough light to keep me awake or anything, but it doesn't look very good. I've had projection clocks in the past that looked great. Not sure why the projection element looks so sloppy.The alarm is nice, in that it is a gradual beep that gets faster as time goes on. Thus it's not immediately startling when you wake up. Snooze works great, and you can set the length of the snooze... a nice feature. But, figuring out how to turn off the alarm has been difficult. Oddly, the "Alarm 1 On/Off" button does not actually stop the alarm. The button to stop the alarm is labeled "Snooze Timer." Also, the buttons are very small, so it's nearly impossible to do it just by "feel" as you are half awake trying to turn off the alarm. (the snooze button is obvious and is raised with its own texture, so that's easy).Also, I don't like that you can't set the two alarms separately. When you use the "alarm set" button, it makes you scroll through both alarm 1 and 2 before you are back to just displaying the time. I have found that if you just stop pressing buttons, it will eventually return to the time. But, the default setting is to make you scroll through both alarms, even if you just want to change one of them.Overall this clock hits the mark in some ways, and totally misses the mark in others. The quality and versatility of alarm clocks has decreased as more and more people use their cell phones as an alarm. However, for many of us who don't like to have phones in the bedroom, having a versatile and high quality alarm clock is essential. This one is so close in many ways, but could use some improvements.

UPDATED: I have updated this review & made it 4 stars because the customer service has been very good since originally posting my first review.I purchased this to replace an existing projection clock that was no longer keeping correct time. Once you have a projection clock, you get very used to it. I shopped around a lot before purchase. Was pleased to find a clock radio again, rather than only buzzer. Also was happy to find blue digital rather than red. All that being said, the radio sounds good, the alarm is easy to set, the aesthetic of the clock is very nice. However, the whole reason I bought this clock, for the projection ability, it is not clear. It's more than a bit blurry & I am throwing it directly up on the ceiling, not to a far wall. It should be clearer. Will continue to use as the clock/alarm/radio themselves work fine. Would have been a 5 star purchase if the projection was clear.

I was looking for a nice quality projection Alarm Clock, This Is Very useful. Its screen can adjust the brightness freely, when I sleep It will not affect my sleep, during the day you can adjust your comfort brightness, its music makes me very comfortable, even if I wake up will not make me feel harsh. It looks very beautiful, I put it on my bedside, has a very good decorative effect, wood color is very consistent with my preferences. I used a long time, still very fond of. In different mood, also can adjust different colors, or a small night light, very practical.

Hoping to get a good quality clock with a ceiling time projection, I looked closely at all of the pictures the vendor supplied on Amazon before purchasing. After receiving the clock and setting it up, the quality of the time projection on the ceiling is so poor, it is nearly unreadable. Not only is it blurry, but there is a round "halo" like a spotlight on the ceiling around the time. I noticed the inside surface of the lenz projecting the time was very dirty and caused the blurry projection. After disassembling this part of the clock and cleaning the problem part, the blurred image still remains. It truen out it is the absolute poorest quality of the clear lens causing the issue, which can never be repaired. So, this clock was given to Goodwill and we suffer a complete waste of time and money.

I don't hate this clock. I don't love it, but I don't hate it. The look is sleek and the projection works very well. On the flip side, it's very light weight (cheaply so) and over complicated. I have to keep the user's manual next to it at all times to remember how to work it. The speaker on the radio is not very good and the sound that comes out of it, isn't easy to hear. There is a dimmer on the display that I actually really like, as it will dim to almost nothing with just a roll of the finger behind the unit. In order to use the volume you have to push a button first then increase or decrease the volume, which can be annoying. I don't dislike this item enough to return it, it is pretty after all.
