Great product for the price
Had it for few months . Camera and monitor wouldn't pair together ' it was immediately replaced with a new one and now works great. Happy with the price and customer service if I needed another backup camera I would buy the same.

Buy!
This has been an excellent camera at a great price. They have excellent customer service. I had trouble with the holder. It lost the suction because the spring broke. Customer service replaced it really quick! Highly recommend this camera!

Customer Support is AWESOME
I bought two of these a year ago...Decent, basic product. Easy install if you are handy. The field of view is not as wide as what you see on the cameras that come on cars today...newer aftermarket cameras might have a wider angle than this camera does...but it still works...i would just like a wider viewing angle. The customer support is outstanding! Customer support reached out to me twice just to introduce themselves...they offered a free warranty extension....all without me contacting them. Then after many months one of the su tion cup/bracket was not working well on one of the units. .all it took was one email and Gigi, their support person had another one in the mail the next day....awesome support ...thank you Gigi.

great for RVs
This rearview camera is really easy to install and use. We mounted it in the rear of our travel trailer. It is a big help when backing into campsites.

3 years later and still a great backup camera
I was skeptical about an aftermarket backup camera but this camera was easy to install and is still working perfectly 3 years later. Highly recommended!

Works OK on back of truck, poor on back of trailer.
Installed on 2003 Tacoma placing sending unit inside tail light cavity (see photo). Used double sided mounting tape for sending unit and power box. Worked fine for a couple days and then the receiver/screen failed. Seller was very quick to respond when I sent photo proof of the failure. They sent a new package, I received it 7-10 days later. Has been working for 5-6 weeks now, with one issue (see below). Truck was on many miles of very rough 4x4 trails. The way the camera attaches to the mounting bracket is a little questionable, it hinges on just one small screw and nut. I added some zip ties to help keep it in place. This camera really makes hooking up trailers much easier, almost always first try with no helper. That was the reason for purchase and it works good enough. The image is normally good enough but if there is bright sun anywhere in the image, the darker areas are near impossible to see.I purchased a "VANMASS Universal Car Phone Mount" to replace the provided suction cup mount for the screen so that I can place the screen lower, not blocking road vision. Removed the cell phone mount and used the ball to mount the camera's screen, fits good. This works fine when using the camera mounted on back of my truck.I first attached sending unit to the Tacoma's backup light and ground wire. My 2003 Tacoma has one ground wire for backup, stop, turn, and running light. About three weeks later while on a road trip my stop light started blowing fuses every time I stepped on the brake. Removed both tail lights and it still happened. Gave up and took it to a dealership to repair. They told me the camera was shorted out (it was not when I inspected a week later) and removed the camera wires from tail light system, I really doubt that was really the issue but I am no longer blowing fuses. Anyway, camera is now on a seperate power wire that switches from cab of truck, grounded to frame of truck, working as it should.Since the seller sent me a full package for the screen replacement I put the second camera on back of our 8 foot pop up camper to help see directly behind. Sending unit is in a plastic box attached to the back. I think this adds about 12 feet to the distance between camera and screen, about 25-27 feet total. It works some of the time but only if screen is up high in the cab of truck, not when screen is sitting on or below dash level. When it does work there is lots of lag. This is odd as when I first received the package I was able to receive the camera image from about 200 feet away with screen on dash and no obstacles. I am sure it would work if I could mount sending unit on the side of the camper but don't want something sticking out on the side. It does help a bit for rear view but one can not see very far behind as that is not what these cameras are made for, camera angle is too wide for that even though this camera is narrower than most back up cameras. I plan to purchase an extender cable for the trailer camera.

Backup camera for anyone that has a car without one
We bought this camera a few years ago for my daughter's car (she took over my wife's old 2008 Honda Accord). Support provided us with a video to watch which made installing the camera very easy. It has been working great ever since. The video is very clear, whether it's day or night and it always amazes me how quickly it shows up when I put the car in reverse. It's also very easy to remove the camera from the dashboard when my daughter parks in places where we don't want it visible in the car. And then it's super easy to put it back on the dashboard. I highly recommend it for anyone who drives a car that doesn't come with a backup camera.

Decent Backup camera for the price
I have an ancient school bus I've converted into a motor home. After one camping trip where I arrived to my site after dark and needed to back into my space, I vowed to get a backup camera. This one fit the bill for price and features. The camera picture quality isn't super crisp, but it displays what I need to see when backing up day or night. The mounting bracket for the camera is too flimsy though and the company probably should go up a gauge in the sheet metal it's made from. It works, but it's fairly easy to throw off the alignment with an accidental light brush or bump while walking past it. Overall I'm happy with it.
