Mount Genie Pedestal for Nest Mini (2nd Gen) and Google Home Mini (1st Gen) | Improves Sound and Appearance | Cleanest Mount Holder Stand for Mini (Silver)

I absolutely love my little pedestal, I bet, Google mini does too, lol. This support, made of light weight plastic, but strong enough to hold its “rider”. Very clean, aesthetically attractive design.To developers, Mount Genie is Great idea and well thoughtful design. To make pedestal even better and more attractive to buyers, I would do the folowing:1. I would made Genie out of metal, to be moved and to stand more durable.2. I would add variety of colors too (to match colors of Google mini). For example Google mini in Aqua would look great with Teal Genie or medium Orange (complementary color on the color wheel).3. I would take this design idea even further to make Google Mini even more accessible, since she operates by “listening to” voice commands and has to be plugged in into electric outlet. For that reason, I would make A “neck” for Genie extend up and down (like old time antenna on the portable radio). This feature would make a huge difference as well as draw more “Google lovers” for the following reason:A) Google and Genie Set can be placed to various furniture heights anywhere in the room,B) and, The neck could be extended up/down and be adjusted to the human’s desired height. This will improve the quality of vocal waives, sent to Google mini. This feature would even add to Google mini, because with this particular set up even, soft spoken people, like myself, would not have a need to repeat commands.

I got one for my 1st gen Google Home Mini (chalk). It works exactly as advertised and looks great (in silver). My mini was sitting on the top shelf of my desk hutch, so the lights were not visible from my chair. Now they are.It was very quick to install, without even unplugging the Mini.I used the GH device settings to flip the controls so tapping the left side decreases the volume.Only complaint is the mute button is not that easy to reach through the cutout, though I rarely use that.

A perfect and snug fit for my Nest Mini 2nd Gen. The cable is tucked away in the back and has a very clean look. Great for desks or bookshelves and makes the device really easy to hear by elevating it off the surface.

It works well enough for the Nest speaker and looks better instead of having the speaker just setting on the table. It is made completely of plastic and in my opinion is a little bit pricey for a plastic speaker holder. I will look at other options if I can find something a little more sturdy at a better price point.

This little stand is perfect. Keep in mind this is SMALL, and is made of plastic and not metal. Is worth the $10 I paid for it. The box even has instructions to reverse the controls on your mini as when you set it up, up volume is on the left and down volume is on the right. Directions tell you how to reverse that for the proper setup.

It’s a simple, cute, convenient, and elegant way to make my Nest Mini sound better and look nicer on the counter I have it sitting on. (One of those items that I didn’t even know I “needed” until I saw one at someone else’s house.

They do a perfect job of holding the speaker upright for much better sound

I was looking for something to make the Mini look unique. This hand stand is awesome as it holds securely our Mini and adds a bonus cool look to the Mini.The Silver worked out perfectly for our Mini.
