Right Book
Small paperback book with great illustrations. Purchased for grandson age 8 to learn about the Wright Brothers. It served its purpose and he enjoyed it.

Great book!
My daughter really enjoyed learning about the Wright brothers' childhood by reading this book. We're reading it as part of our homeschool Language Arts curriculum. This has given us lots of opportunities to discuss how their childhood and style of play (creating, building, engineering things) might have contributed to their later accomplishments. It's also given us the opportunity to consider what life was like in the past.

Wonderful character lessons for both child and parent
Fabulous book! Wonderful character lessons for both child and parent. We homeschool and have used it for our Wright brothers unit. It's been a phenomenal book and I would highly recommend it to any parent or child. Just wonderful!

Pretty good stories
Surprisingly readable and full of moral lessons about independence and innovation. Disappointed at the characterization of Native American characters (they speak broken English like Tarzan) so be aware of that drawback. Children enjoyed the stories very much.
