Q: Are these ok to use on blisters on your legs? (Im a big guy,my legs rub and creat blisters/sores)

Not really they are too small for chaffing. You could invest in a pair of bandeletts/anti chaffing bands which they have on Amazon. You measure your leg circumference and order. They stay position on your upper thighs and prevent chaffing from happening.

Q: what is included in the kit, are the 2nd skin squares inncluded?

Yes! They come in a sealed packet so they don't dry out. However, the percentage of 2nd skin squares to the pads and mole skin type material with a sticky back is low. I buy 3 to 4 kits at a time to compensate for this. Great product.

Q: Do you need to take these off each evening and replace them in the morning?

Yes, the product doesn't last, has to be replaced a lot.

Q: Will these work in between toes?

We haven't used this between the toes, but you can cut the strips to the width and length you need. The blister cushions are gel-like and could also be folded or cut for a custom fit. This kit is the most versatile I've found and can be customized to any fit and use. Plus, it works incredibly, eliminating any pain while enabling blisters to heal!
