Healing Oils of the Bible Paperback – 9 April 2003

Extremely informative and an excellent guide to the understanding of the history of the Oils throughout time. Beautiful biblical references and I found it really uplifting and encouraging book to read. Highly recommend it.

I just love this book. Not only is it a great read, it's an excellent reference guide for knowing how oils were used for anointing, how our use of them have diminished and how to bring back and hugely benefit from these forgotten oils.

For any student of essential oils this book is a must, also wonderful to use as a reference for biblical accounts of many occasions that oils were used and why they were used all in all a wonderful publication, would highly recommend to all

I purchased this book a while ago, and wrote a review then.Since then I have purchased more and have gifted them to other interested parties who are very impressed with the knowledge contained, and the ease of reading.

Written in plain english and full of useful charts and tips. Very inspiring and helpful for treating both oneself and ones' family, though it encourages purchases from a MultiLevelMarketing company which has heavy price markups in the chapter about how to use essential oils as a biblestudy tool. I'd appreciate much more if the chapter about biblestudy listed the essential oils directly by common and scientific name so that folk could evaluate the cost of the individual oils up against the kits suggested for purchase; essential oils can be purchased from local stores as well as online suppliers , and I prefer supporting the local stores rather than large vendors. I buy the oils one at a time so I can learn more about them with firsthand experience, because I know friends, family and church members will want to learn about them firsthand.
