Great buy
Very happy with purchase, great price i use these press tools for Viega Purflow fittings daily and needed an extra one for my company. Tool arrived brand new in packaging with everything expected. I have seen a lot of people mistaking these tools for a Propress and trying to use with copper fittings. THIS TOOL IS ONLY USED FOR VIEGA PUREFLOW FITTINGS. DO NOT BUY EXPECTING TO PRESS COPPER FITTINGS, PEX PUREFLOW ONLY!

Seems to be missing two batteries charger in hard case.
My carry case seems to be made out of cardboard, My battery's and charger seems to be non existent, Hopefully my new review is accepted by amazon.

The media could not be loaded. Why don’t the 1/2 inch fit the viega adapter but the 3/4 does.

Battery not working wouldn’t hold charge or charging disappointment
Wasn’t happy I went to use tool and battery wouldn’t charge disappointed I had to go to store and buy new battery cause battery weren’t tested to see if could hold a charge cost me a extra 170 .00 so I could use tool so mad

Both batteries arrived inoperable
Product arrived super early which seemed great until I opened to discover that both batteries included did not work. I have dozens of m12 and m18 Milwaukee tools don’t let it not be said that perhaps I did something wrong . The will not take a charge on any charger
