I think these are intended to be an appetite suppressant, but it is just filling for a while for me and not so much as good at appetite suppression. It is still quite helpful in weightloss or maintenance of weight. The Apple flavor is delicious and tastes incredibly so much like apples and the package also says it is only 3 calories, big wins! LolThe watermelon flavor has a slight cabbage type of taste to me, unless it was a bad batch.Thank you.

I bought this item after a friend recommended it to me! At first it was awesome and I loved it a lot but it is a bit sweet so I don’t recommend consuming it very frequently.My friend bought the item to help her diet and we both thought it filled us up pretty well but I couldn’t keep eating it that much because it just didn’t feel really healthy.Overall, I love it as a snack but not as anything else!

It’s a nice low calorie snack that should keep you full for a little while! I got it in the apple flavor which is pretty good! Personally to me it tastes like apple juice with a slight herbal flavor to it. I didn’t expect the herbal flavor but it’s not bad. Overall, I like it and would try it again in other flavors as well!
