Just the best
A very delicate, smooth taste. Wonderful with salt for salad dressing - it stands by itself. Only adds to the flavor of sauces - never overpowering. Subtle pleasure. Used it to sautée green beans and veal cutlets - again excellent results. For me, it is the top olive oil.
