I'm fairly sure this works, but only on certain types of stainless steel.

Didn't work well at all on the stainless steel I was working with. I was trying to solder coper wire to stainless steel battery bridges on a LiPo battery 4S2P. I just couldn't get the solder to stick no matter what I did. I watched several YouTube video's and no joy. I eventually found a way (should say place) on the stainless steel that allowed the connections to stay firm, but I didn't use this flux.
