My cycle isn’t heavy at all so these pads are for people with LIGHT cycles. The bottom part is NOT sticky enough for you to actually put on the pad correctly. It is really thin so for me its really comfortable. I wouldn’t sleep with this pad on tho because im unsure if it will be able to handle the morning after pour. The design is cute tho so i would buy again
