Just To See Her (The Bancrofts Book 8)

There was mystery, suspense, and surprising revelations. I hated for the series to end. BB is a treasure and a master story teller.

Of all the Bancroft series this book was my least favorite. The villains got off scott free, Jess was not only overly dramatic but stupid, Clay was too patient and his Uncle Noel was a creep. The debt to David Been was his debt not Clay's. David Green needed his butt kicked along with his friend. The Bancrofts do the exception of Kylie, Adrian, Celeste and Taj are thoroughly unlikable.

Although the book started off very slow I was glad I kept reading because the story took a much different turn than I had expected. I enjoyed the turn of events from the time Clay lost his sight right down to the end when it was revealed that the character David "Khaled" Green was actually family to Neil and Clay. Amazing!! I have always enjoyed Brenda Barret's books. I look forward to reading the other books in this series. God Bless.

I became a fan of Brenda Barrett about two years ago. I love her books. I imagine the Jamaican setting, the more than handsome men. The women that don't sell out for hate or love. Keep writing. I'm waiting for Bancrofts book #9. I started with Magnolia Sisters. Moved on to Wiley Brothers, Resetter Series; how could I forget, The Scarletts. Looks like I need Wiley Brothers 3-6.

I loved the entire series! So sad this is the last book. I love reading Christian inspired books because I always know God will make a way! I also enjoyed the characters coming together as family - no matter the situation, at the end of the day, family remained first.

I really enjoyed all the Mount Faith Series from one through eight. But I do not always for every single book want to comment. Sometimes we just want to rate the book without all the extra typing. It would be great if the author asked a couple of questions and we say yes or no or use a rating system. I only took the time to comment in hopes that someone brings the suggestion to reality. I have almost read every Christian novel published & anxiously await the new series.

This book was a great ending to this series. Please Ms. Barrett, don't end the series. Give us book 9, 10, etc. this entire series was excellent. I listened to the series on my kindle while I walked in the morning. I walked every morning for 4 miles while listening to this series. I didn't want the series to end. Ms. Barrett is an excellent writer. Thank you for sharing your talents.

I love how Jessica and Clay found their way back together. After Khaled try to tear them apart. Love conquer all.

Absolutely brilliant. This storyline did really keep me in suspense. I think Clay's character shows qualities I wish more men had in real life. I pray God could send me a man like that too.It was also quite endearing to follow how naive us as females can be, I'm glad to see I may not be the only one. I myself had a similar story, unfortunately mine didn't play out to get a second chance.I applaud you Brenda Barrett, congratulations & keep up the good work.
