Hardest part of assembly was screwing base to chair which just means it's not going any where, it is on there right. Support - 5'9" 155 lb with a blown back. The neck pillow is slightly harder then I would want but besides that it's awesome with the different positions it can take. Quality - I sit at my desk for over 8 hours a day and I haven't seen any issues as far as seems or loose armrest. It has a sticker it comes with showing it went threw a quility check before shipping so they take it serious. Price/value - first real gaming chair I have owned. Used to standard office chairs which is laughable now that I see how obsolete they are. Spent the extra 50$ compared to other offers and I think it was well worth it. You get what you pay for. Review: Comfortable and well build - Although I had had to wait longer than I would like, this chair was exactly as advertised. I had a shipping mishap but desertcart corrected hassle free. Assembly took about a half hour from the time I opened the box. Everything included that I needed. The chair looks good and the build is sturdy. Although while testing the reclining function I recommend to not go all the way back flat. It could get tippy. The adjustable arms work well and while assembling they can be adjusted to be narrower or wider before tightening down. The lumbar pillow can easily be placed for the best support. The straps are elastic.(I’d prefer non elastic that could just tighten if needed). Overall this is a great chair for the price

10/10 after modification- had a pretty bad defect inside the arm rest
pros - inexpensive, feels great, leans WAY back, looks well-made & professional, keeps my posture where it should be, I only weigh 150lbs so it feels like it'll last me a lifetime as long as the seat doesn't wear out. cons - The polymer internal mechanism used to lock the arm rests at a set height were not formed properly. If I was most people I'd probably knock off more stars for it, but I saw a problem I could fix even though it was admittedly a lot of effort. I had to take it apart with various tools that were not included, and then re-form the material with a saw for an hour to get it into the right shape so it wouldn't lower (violently) under the weight of my arm.. after doing that though, the chair is a 10/10 - I probably just got a manufacturer defect that missed inspection; however, the guy who inspected/assembled the arm rest must've been blind. The left arm rest was formed perfectly so I could use it as a guide for the defective one.

Excellent chair, comfortable, easy to assemble.
Chair was easy to assemble, directions were clear and easy to follow. The chair is comfortable so far, for the number of hours I have used it. I am actually surprised by the level of comfort for such a cheap price. PU leather feels nice too. The only issues I have had are a few of the staples that are used to hold the leather in place are sticking out a bit. But it is located where the top piece meets the bottom cushion piece, and therefore can not see it unless you are trying to find it. And lastly, the snap buckle for the head cushion gets stuck, no big deal. Overall, I recommend for the price. I am curious to see how it holds up after many hours.

Great gaming chair!
I chose to buy this chair mainly off of the reviews from other users. I am 6'3" and 220lbs and I really enjoy this chair. It has a tall back to it, but the headrest pillow hits me in the neck. I like it more for upper back support instead. The lower pillow I found uncomfortable, so I took it off, and it's a lot more comfortable. This reminds me of the same chairs that are in the Jeep Wrangler JKs, so if you know anyone who owns one, that's a good representative. My only gripes about the chair are that the arm rests are a little too far forward for my play style and are a little shorter than I like at the highest setting. Having more armrest range would be a great addition to future models. Other than that I highly recommend this chair.

Cheaply Made, Terrible Quality
I ordered the chair along with a few other things for a new gaming set up and was excited to actually use it. When unboxing everything, I noticed a few metal pieces were bent slightly which I didn’t think was a big deal, as I was able to bend them straight again once I needed to attach everything to the base of the chair. I was able to put the chair together by myself and everything fit well, but some of the pieces were still oddly bend in areas, two of which were both arm rests. I’m about 195 lbs and used it to game and didn’t really recline in it, or use it for anything other than sitting. I wasn’t rough with the chair, however, the metal frame of the chair actually ended up bending so much that it tore through the metal and almost caused me to fall out of it. I was simply leaning at one point during a gaming session and almost fell out completely. I feel as if the chair is poorly made or the materials used are cheap, because the arm rests also had a lot of wear and tear on them, from just leaning against the occasionally, which is what they’re for (or so I thought). They’re made of a foam material that tore apart within months of me using it as nothing more than a chair. I only had the chair for a little more than a year, but had to return it due to the frame being so weak, that it couldn’t support me. Needless to say, I’ve owned a common office chair made of plastic that I’ve sat in the same exact way for over 10 years and it’s still supportive and going strong. I wouldn’t recommend this chair to anyone, it’s expensive for the quality you get, which seems cheap and rushed. The quality of the metal just isn’t up to standards and I’ve seen other complaints on here in regards to the base/frame breaking from use of people much smaller than me. Save your money, spend it elsewhere on another gaming chair.

Great Quality, comfy, and easy to put together
The Musso Ergonomic gaming chair was easy to put together, took about 20 minutes. You can feel the quality n the parts as you put the chair together, and it is solid once complete. Been using it for about a week and love the design and comfort, especially the recline (I've fallen asleep in it!). Great gaming chair, especially for the price.
