Product is working great and looks good

It's a good product.Worth the money

Good burner.

Bought it 2 years back during which time, I've had to call customer service several times. Sometimes the auto ignition developed problems and sometimes the burners had issues. While in warranty, a couple of burners were changed, although how they can go bad so soon is a question in itself. For the last few months, the auto ignition has not been working and all the burners, including the new replaced ones, are worn out and not sitting properly. The service engineer turned up after several calls and said all burners will be replaced along with the auto ignition system. Since it is out of warranty, it will be paid for by us. We asked hime the cost and he disappeared, promising he will confirm later. Even after a month and several calls later, both to the engineer and Glen's customer service number, we had to rake up the issue on social media. Glen finally woke up and sent the engineer to check. He has quoted an amount of almost Rs 4000 for the job. If we have to pay such an amount after just 2 years of buying the product, the quality can be imagined.
