AMD power....
Great product, very powerful. Wanted to build a new system from scratch and after much reading, reviewing and head-scratching decided to switch from Intel to AMD. Not disappointed as its handled everything I have thrown at it with ease ... including rendering/editing in DV Resolve, some heavy market simulations as well as general office productivity and usually at the same time. My last system was a dual XEON and that lasted for >10 years, and I estimate this should match that...

Why didn't I do this sooner
As someone who does video editing as well as gaming I feel like I've finally found a CPU which can handle both without feeling like it's about to melt. Fantastic CPU.. value for money will depend on whether you do a mix of productivity and gaming, I wouldn't recommend it at the moment for gamers - there are better CPUs out there but for someone like myself it's absolutely worth the money - if you give it suitable high quality (expensive) RAM to play with.

Does what I need it to and then some. I turned on PBO in bios and that extra boost when I need it most comes in handy when rendering. Best purchase of 2019

Excellent value, awesome performance
I built a small workstation around it for software development. Has more processing power than the average dual CPU server we use in production for a much lower price. Congratulations to AMD on this one!

Sealed, but with smudges all over it
The product is advertised as NEW but as soon as I open my box I noticed some very vivid smudges that my phone camera can't properly capture. I am not able to test if the processor is working until next week but meanwhile I would like to hear from the seller why they sent me a new product with smudges on it... especially a processor, such a delicate component.
