I wanted to like this product, it's a great value, it smells great, absolutely no flaking. It's just way too oily. I'm new to the clay pomades and so far this was the hardest to wash out. I've used Beard Guyz and Reuzel, both easily washed out with just water. I shampooed multiple times and it would not come out. I had to use a hand soap to scrub it out. This product was also hard for me to style. It's heavy and oily and weighed down my hair. I buy clay pomades because I have fine hair, this product is NOT for fine hair. I think it would be great for someone with thick hair but if you have fine or thinning hair, look elsewhere. The hold was also not as strong because it is oily. I can restyle my hair multiple times because of its oilness.

So, in a nutshell, this is one of the best hair products I've ever used. In terms of styling it is absolutely amazing. It gives you a fairly strong hold while not being crusty or hard. You can really restyle your hair by wetting it again. It also doesn't give you that shiny greasy look that most pomades do. The only issue I have with this product it that it is NOT easy to wash out. Or, I should say it wasn't until I figured something out. And it's extremely simple. For anyone having issue or for future buyers there's one thing you need to do to wash this product out with a single shampoo session. When you get your hair wet and lather on your shampoo LEAVE the shampoo in your hair for about 10 minutes. Get it good and soapy on your hair and then move on to the rest of your shower. Clean your body and face and go back to your hair after about 10 minutes of leaving your shampoo on it and I guarantee when you rinse it out the product will be gone. Easy as that. I'm so glad I figured this out because I love this product.
