I wanted old style wax paper bags.This is a good replacement .Does not stick to foods .

A valuable substitute for those who have allergies to plastic. Just about everything is stored in plastic and using this to substitute for sandwich bags is important. Since it has no zip closure, I use freezer tape to seal it closed. So I can store my hamburger or lamb chop, etc. separate in the freezer covered in brown paper while non-allergic family members food remains in original wrap. If dealing with an allergic child then their food can go in a paper bag for lunch or can go inside a metal lunch box that you can make creatively updated with current modern images appropriate for their age. I am on the second package of these bags and don't know what I would do without them!!

A lot of bags stuck to each other and caused them to tear holes in adjoining bag as you separated them, threw out quite a few because of rips/ holes
