Simple wisdoms all in one small book
I've been really into poetry, meditating, and just connecting with my own inner being for a while now. I came across this book and I knew I had to have it. I was so happy I did. I pick this book up whenever I'm having a bad day and it never fails to change my mood and help me remember the true meaning of life and how positivity, compassion, and love are the most important things to focus on. It's like therapy in the form of beautiful passages of poetry. I highly recommend.

Other translations sometimes use flowery embellishments which can be beautiful too, but this copy really cuts to the core of the matter.The Tao Te Ching is my favorite of all spiritual and religious texts

It was refreshing to read this little book!
This is surely not a one-time read for me. I will have to re-read this book again and again because it's full of great sayings.One of my favorite in the book was:Monks and priests are often the worst sinners.Police officers and lawmakersare often the worst criminals.The book has many great sayings. Highly recommended!

Simple and Direct

Absolutely amazing translation. Captures and conveys the essence of Taoism wonderfully. Definite buy, and an incredible value for kindle.

Something to reflect on daily
Very enjoyable read! Couldn't put it down with so much of it pages holding true (in my opinion ) to my life and what I'm seeing in the current word ( specifically western society ) is missing or chooses not to see any more.
