For the price, this chair is awesome. We use it in my three year old’s room. She can get in it easily and it’s just the right size for story time. This is not a high quality, long time sitting chair, but for the price, it is beautiful and functional.

If you get what you pay for applied here, this would only be $40. While it looks nice in the corner of my bedroom, there is zero incentive for me to ever sit in it. I’d rather sit on a milkcrate. Honestly. Most uncomfortable/crappyily built chair I have ever sat in. The cushion is thin and pops up when you sit, the back doesn’t adhere sturdily and shifts when you lean against it. If you’re buying as a space filler and truly never intend for anyone to sit in this chair, then I go for it. If you want a chair you actually plan to use, keep searching.

I love the look of this little club chair. I wanted something small for my master bedroom for reading, crocheting, getting dressed, whatever and it fits perfectly. I'm not sure it will be comfortable enough for reading, it is pretty darn small and my elbows don't reach the low armrests (I'm 5'7" with a long torso), and other reviewers are correct in describing the seat as VERY firm. (I think the back rest is fine.) However for me the firmness is awesome. I have bad lower back pain that prevents me from being able to sit in most chairs for longer than a few minutes at a time, but this chair is fantastic for my back. It was super easy to assemble; one reasonably able bodied adult should be able to do it within 15 minutes. The one negative I'd say is the quality of the fabric. I bought the beige/cream color and it seems to be on the thin side. Assembled it looks fine but when it was in pieces i could see that it was thin and a tad translucent. I think if you got one of the darker colors it wouldn't be as obvious though. For the price I'm extremely satisfied!

When we put the chairs together, the seat cushion was practically the same height as the arms. It puts you at a super awkward position that’s not comfortable. The cushion was also extremely stiff - also making it uncomfortable. Unfortunately I had to make them work, so we purchased some different cushion inserts and this worked great. We got soft cushions that were a quarter of the height. This made the chair extremely comfortable. The product feels sturdy and good quality, but I was not pleased with the comfort of the original pieces.

I purchased this chair in blue and it is NOT true to color. I was expecting the deeper jewel-tone blue shown in the image but it is a light sky blue color which I don't like/didn't want at all. I'm really disappointed. Going to see how it looks with my other furniture but will most likely return...However, it is fairly sturdy and a good size. The style is nice and exactly as shown; just beware with the blue!

Given the low price, my expectations were not to high, but this chair is working out well for us. We needed something firm, but comfortable for my man to get out of the seat easily. It looks stylish and modern and was assembled quite quickly. I'm certainly satisfied.

I bought this as an occasional chair for my den. I have contemporary furniture and it looked great in the photos and many reviews were good. It arrived with no damages, easy to assemble. My three issues: first, it is not comfortable. Several reviews have noted the hardness of the cushion and back. That would not have bothered me, but it was uncomfortable because the back was straight up, so one couldn’t lean back in any way. Secondly, the back is unstable because it slides into the bottom by two short groves. Thirdly, the construction under the seat pad curved up in the center and sloped down at the edges so that the cushion doesn’t lie flat. There was a bit of an odor…not unlike a new carpet odor, may or may not go away. I like the design but sadly I wouldn’t be able to sit in my den and read a book with any degree of comfort. I guess it’s just not wise to buy a chair without sitting in it. I will be returning it.

I absolutely love my chair. I would highly recommend spray painting the legs a darker color for a high end look. If you are looking for comfort this is not your chair. It is very firm and not comfortable at all. However, I am using this chair as an accent chair so it will not be used much at all. Also, it was a great price.
