Strong and comfortable

Excellent craftsmanship and quality
I am a practitioner who is involved in 12 hours sitting sessions a day. I keep forgetting to write and say how appreciative I am to have this belt, but I manage to remember during meditation as I use the belt to help me get through the sessions. At first when I received the belt, my thought was that it was too big and too loose when I had both my legs up in a full lotus posture. Then I realized I can extend one of my leg out to a royal posture and it would fit perfect, giving me good tension on my lower spine but also allow me to sit comfortably. The size of the belt is actually ideal as it allows me to sit with my legs in various positions and also exert tension on the belt, where as if it was smaller, I would be forced to sit in only the lotus position. The belt is crafted beautifully, is strong, and very comfortable to use. I just want to write to let everyone know what a great belt this is, and also thank the seller for making it available to us at a reasonable price. May everyone achieve enlightenment one day, and this belt sure helps more than words can say.

This is as advertised, except it has a core of something that feels like paper. That is not a problem, as it is strong and light and keeps its shape.

needs a way to adjust the size
I bought this because I wanted to try meditating with a belt for the first time. I tried it just once and it was way too loose. I tried several different ways of using it but couldn’t make it work in any posture at all because it’s so long that it just hangs slack around my body. I thought of sewing it up to tighten it but don’t know what length to sew. I decided to buy a different one that has an adjustable clasp and use that until I find the optimal length for my body. When I find the right length I may see this one shorter and try it again. In conclusion: the length of a meditation belt is as important as the length of the belt you wear to hold your pants up. Unless you know your exact size, don’t buy a belt that isn’t adjustable.
