Without a doubt this fence panel is well made and I have recommended it to my friend

These are very sturdy but the quality generally is pretty poor. Splits everywhere, holes on most panels, and different types of wood used. Wouldn’t recommend these at all - unless the panels are not on show, or you’re happy to sand/paint/fill in splits and holes. Item of this size course can’t really be returned easily.
