I will say that I do believe it is a good product. It helps to give me a mental and physical boost. I started of with 1 caps per day but I had issues when it began to wear off so I did half ( i empty a bit from the capsule) and gradually increase to 1 twice per day. I also used gaba to help maintain stability. I researched nootropics to get help.

Took a couple days for me notice a difference. My vision seemed to improve. I take it alongside vitamin A, and I notice colors seem more vibrant which is great. Also, I typically zone out at work and the day goes by quicker. This supplement makes it more difficult to zone out. Is it a good thing or bad thing, I guess it depends on the situation. Five stars because I think it does what it’s supposed to do

Suppose to help with memory
Not sure if this works well. I forgot why I started to take it. I'll update you if I remember why I am taking this.I'm a programmer and haven't really noticed a difference in performance. I am still forgetful and still have difficulty with word retrieval when speaking.

Proof is in the result!
I took part in a blind test of Jarrow Citicholine several years ago, found that I had been taking 2 capsules of the real thing when the test was over. (Citicholine is a precursor natural brain chemical) I'm now 86, and have been taking 2 capsules a day ever since, and a couple of years ago, persuaded my brother to do the same thing. He's now 98, lives alone, shops for his own groceries, and has a good social life. What can I say, Jarrow is the best formulation and packaging of the Citicholine, a bit more expensive, but worth it, IMHO.

reasonisble price
They are reasonably priced compared to other brands. While I haven't experienced any negative side effects, I can't say I've experienced a noticeable boost in mental clarity or focus as some reviews suggested
