Very Efficient
We use this every day instead of an electric kettle as it's so easy to use as it keeps the water hot when you set the temperature control. Very useful for families and the elderly. Highly recommended xx👍

lovely size
I used to have the 10L one and always have to reach up when filling water, this 7L is just right size for me and its does good job as we can adjust the temperature

Great Longevity!!!
Absolutely brilliant!! 3 years, having been on for every day 24/7, it is still going strong!!! The only issue is that both plastic handles have recently broken off - one first and then the other today due to the plastic becoming brittle and powdery... looking for replacement handles.. Great longevity Giles Polsner

Very happy with ⚱
So pleased with Giles and posner Ek2907 electric hot water dispenser urn. Arrived quicker than expected, in perfect working order, this was to replace an electric hot water dispenser by a different brand which we bought 2 years ago and we always had problems with it so we decided to purchase a new one. we decided to get this one firstly its got a manual tap. so you are not using any electric components ( less chance of something going wrong with it). Secondly it holds 7 litres of fluids, In my case we are using it for hot water. Thirdly I personally think it looks very classic and lastly it was a good price, being twenty pounds cheaper than what we spent 2 years ago for something what only ever worked when it wanted to,and also getting an extra 2 litres so I am not filling it up as often. 1 Happy customer and family!

It does what it's designed to do adequately
Since a stroke several years ago I have difficulty lifting anything like a kettle of water. With this, all I have to do is fill with water, let it boil & it's ready for you to put a cup on the stand with tea or coffe, press for water & your drink is ready. It then keeps water hot for futher drinks. Brilliant machine & simple to operate.

I like it but have doubts I would like to give 5*
I bought this for the festive time and to make mulled wine; it seems well made and can hold a lot of liquid; however, for example, when making mulled wine, I set the temperature to 60 degrees so as not to overboil. My first time using it, I had a suspicion that it kept boiling way over 60 degrees, so I needed to turn it off as it was getting so hot and close to boiling; I then set the temperature to 60 again, hoping it would keep warm at 60 degrees. But it didn't do this, and the wine went lukewarm even though I sent it to 60 degrees; I have read the warming function kicks in after half an hour, so during this time, it has a chance to go lukewarm, which is disappointing, So I'm fiddling with it now turning it to higher than 60 to get the heating mode kicked in, then manually turning it off before it boils, which is far from ideal and not what I expected. I started the return but decided to cancel it as I could not be bothered with posting back; I will keep it and see how it goes. Note the tap is outlet hole is quite high, so you will need a lot more liquid than a few bottles of wine to reach the tap outlet; otherwise, it won't pour. I advise you fill it half way or above to get effortless pouring; this is not for smaller amounts of liquid. I will update review if I wittheess it maintaining 60 degrees which I have set it to, bit so far it appears not to be doing this.
