Five Stars
When my daughter's Mini One (R56) started showing a warning light on the dash, we ummed and ahhed & wondered whether to take it to a garage (where they charge a small fortune) to find out what was wrong. We hadn't a clue what it could be - anything from forgetting to put the petrol cap back on to imminent explosion. With this handy device we found out within minutes (P2096 - cat fuel trim too lean bank 1). It turned the warning light off as well. This is a very well made code reader. It looks durable and the build quality is excellent. Some devices look cheap and plasticky. This doesn't. It was easy to use and tells you exactly what to do. Would recommend.

Amazing piece of kit
Bought this for my son for Christmas he said he already had something like it which wasn’t very good... he has a BMW which had overheated and stopped working and had to be towed home by the RAC who said it was dead and unresponsive.... he couldn’t afford to take it to a garage he plugged this in and said it was amazing and told him all the faults, he managed to buy the parts fit them saving hundreds of pounds and the car now works

Plug into car OBD port, start engine for diagnostics
Used this twice so far on my car and my son's, found and rectified two faults and saved around £400 £600 by diagnosing the problem without having to go to thegarage.

Very neat and tidy. Works a expected. Great value.
Just as described. Easy to fit and avoids a lumpy Bluetooth OBD 2 adapter sticking out of the dash and risking damage.Sadly I can't refit the fuse panel (without modification) , even with this low profile lead, as there is no clearance at all, but at least there is nothing sticking out to look unsightly in a permanent instalation or get broken by a careless knee or Wellington boot.

It's a bargain for the money
I will big this little merical rite up because it pin pointed what the problem was it ended up being the air intake sencer just needed cleaning saved me £100 rubs taking it to the garage an a massive plus with this machine it takes away any flashing lights on the dash by just touching delete data very happy definitely recommend this to anyone 😁😁

Ideal
Ideal extension from the vehicle plug which makes using the OBD diagnostic easier. Whilst not completely necessary I have found the better eases of use a great help.

Worked perfectly on a 3 series BMW
Plugged it in, and within seconds diagnosed the fault and was easy to remove the "Engine Fault" light on the dashboard.
