Good tactical light for the money!
Just got this in the mail, and get it out of the packaging. It is in good packaging which means it probably didn't come from a storage unit in the suburbs of China. I have a Taurus PT145 that I bought it for. Heard that it does not fit it, but will require some manipulating. You can either shave some material off the gun or the flashlight. If you have a descent gun, then obviously do the light. But as I inspected it closely, the simplest way to make it fit the PT145 would be to shave off a hair from the point of the trigger guard on the PT145. Some of you are saying Whoa!!! Whatya doin? Trust me, it was just a tad, and it gets covered up by the butt end of the flashlight body anyway. I shaved very small bits until it slid in and I put some pressure on it enough that it clicked into place...secured pretty tightly. Took about 8 tries, but without pushing too hard to get it into place, it now fits good! No complaints, looks like it was made for this pistol, almost. Good enough I say. The light is plenty bright, It may not be equal to the lights that are well into the hundred dollar mark, but in the dark of night, you flash an intruder in the eye with this, they will see spots no doubt. Not sure about the colored filters, just didn't do it for me. Cool, if you like to play with colors, but I'm thinking I bought this to aid in my self defense situations. (sarcasm). One thing that felt cheap for me was the on/off button below the light. It just feels like it could break or not function at any moment. That's obviously a big issue, but haven't really played with it yet, or shot with it on yet. Will do that soon. If it fails, I will edit this post...check below. Outside of that, I'm pretty happy with it, and is a great addition to this pocket rocket of a pistol. Adding the hi-vis sights on it, and that should just about do it. I bought a second one of these lights for my Beretta Storm Sub Compact 9, and heard that will require some minor modifications also. But on that one, I will manipulate the light and make that fit the gun. Hope this helps...I don't think you will be disappointed with it. But don't expect the fit and finish of the $100+ lights either. If it falls apart on you on day one, send it back, you may have gotten a bad batch from that storage unit in China.

For the money, you can't go wrong.
I didn't have to modify anything to get this thing to click right onto my Beretta PX4 Storm. I was reading a review from another fellow who has the same weapon and thought for sure I would have to follow his instruction to get it to fit (little shaving/filing). Nope, it clicked right on with no issues. It does rest of the trigger guard a little bit, and shaving a little off would free that aspect (I may still do it), but for the most part. Nothing is required for installation. The light is bright, and nicer than I thought a 30 dollar light would be. We'll see how it holds up, but as for now. I'm quite happy with it. It's just as bright as my Glock light. There doesn't seem to be a focus on this light, and the switch is actually a rubber button the on the bottom of the light, so you have to reach with your other hand to turn it on (two handed works perfect, which is how any pistol should be held). Again, this is a 30-35 dollar light, as I stated before, can't go wrong. The light is white/purple as compared to the Glock Light which is yellow (non led vs led). I did a side by side, and the Glock light has a wider field of view, but isn't quite as bright as the AIM. Trying to thow in as much information as I can to help someone make a decision about this one. Keep in mind that anytime you intend on carrying a light with your weapon, you'll probably need a different holster, and the one that accommodate a light usually stick out a bit further. For me this means that on the nightstand, I'll attach the light before bedtime. EDC (everyday carry), I'll run with it off the weapon as I would rather stay small/compact. Oh yes, it has 3 different color filters and comes with an extra O ring.Update: I'm still using this light on my PX4 STORM and it's working just fine. Actually I bought another one just to have as a backup. I've fired this thing many times and have never had an issue.Still happy with these inexpensive little lights. I have better, more expensive lights, but this on works just fine on my little Storm.
