Handsome Understated Watch
I love this watch. This is my second Orient, I also have a Sun and Moon which is also awesome and a bit dressier, but I can already tell this is my favorite everyday watch. I was in the market for a new watch and looking at the discontinued SKX and Seiko 5 Sport. After reading the Seiko 5 was stripped of some of the features that made the SKX so popular, I started looking at other options. I was a little worried this watch would be too big, but the size is generous without being overbearing. I have a 7 inch wrist and I think it looks great. The case is really sleek, refined, and well proportioned. The face is simple and understated. I thought maybe it would look too basic but after pairing the watch with a colorful striped NATO strap, I actually appreciate the simplicity even more. It is classy, purposeful, and easy to read. I am not a driver and haven’t worn this in the water, so I can’t speak to how it performs in that sense. I can say that it is comfortable enough to wear to bed and it runs absolutely silent. The time seems really accurate and the lumen is better than I expected. I really think this watch is underpriced and underrated. I think anyone who buys this watch will appreciate it and feel happy they got it for a pretty fair price.

What's Not To Like?
I like this timepiece a great deal. The rubber strap is particularly good. Watch is a little bit fiddly to set up initially, but not a big deal. DO read the instruction manual before attempting anything - especially the 'How Not To Break Your New Watch' section. Keeps time pretty well - couple of seconds a day; it's not a certified chronometer, so also no big deal. No trouble to update it once a week or so. Reasonably priced self-winding watch, has good reviews on YouTube. Just check to make sure that the crown is fully screwed down before you get it wet. Highly recommend.

GREAT CLASSIC DIVER STYLE WiTH 1 BiG PROBLEM: NO LUME PIP ON BEZEL
can't compliment this diver enough for its classic styling that is, unfortunately, not the norm with Orient, which usually has some sort of antiquated flourishes on every piece they make, diver or otherwise. but this piece, despite being a bit large at 44mm, is a pure classic looking piece all the way. the only issue for me was NO lume pip on the bezel, which makes it more of a sport diver style, but i finally got around to measuring the bezel insert precisely and getting one on 'bay with a lume pip, which allow me to wear it. the bezel action is super smoooth and precise. i don't at all mind the mineral crystal vs sapphire which everyone whines for (sapphire will shatter if impacted, not good for diver watches, so i prefer mineral). the strap is very classic heavy duty diver but still comfortable. if you don't mind lack of lume on the bezel, you've got a deal with the insane pricing Orient has on the piece. i loved this design and solid build that i got it knowing i'd change the bezel insert (google the old golf adhesive remover trick for bezel insert removal, and you'll see it can be done with no tools, and NOT removing the bezel). all in all one of the most outrageously affordable divers you can get, with NO/NONE/NADA misalignment on the dial or insert that another famous Japanese diver brand is infamously noted for.

Perfect for me
This is an excellent watch and value. I have a large wrist and the rubber bracelet fits and feels excellent. Build quality feels much greater than the price. My perfect beater watch.

I recently added the Orient Men's Analogue Automatic Watch to my collection, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. As a fan of mechanical timepieces, I was drawn to Orient's reputation for quality and craftsmanship, and this watch certainly lives up to the brand's legacy. Design and Aesthetics: The first thing that strikes you about this watch is its classic and elegant design. The dial features a beautiful sunburst finish that catches the light perfectly, making it an eye-catching piece. The hour markers are clear and legible, with a mix of Roman numerals and indices that give it a sophisticated look. The stainless steel case is polished to a high shine, contributing to the overall luxurious feel of the watch. Additionally, the choice of a leather strap (or metal bracelet, depending on the model) adds to its versatility—perfect for both casual and formal occasions. Movement and Performance: What truly sets the Orient watch apart is its automatic movement. The watch is powered by the Orient Caliber 48743, known for its reliability and accuracy. I’ve found that it keeps time remarkably well, with only a slight deviation over a week of wear. The 40-hour power reserve is impressive, allowing me to take it off for a couple of days without worrying about it stopping. The transparent case back is a nice touch, allowing me to admire the intricate movement in action. Comfort and Wearability: Wearing the Orient Men's Analogue Watch is a pleasure; it sits comfortably on the wrist without feeling bulky. The leather strap is soft and supple, breaking in nicely over time. If you opt for a metal bracelet, it features solid links that provide a satisfying heft and durability. The watch is also relatively lightweight, making it suitable for all-day wear. Water Resistance: With a water resistance rating of 200 meters, this watch is suitable for everyday activities and can withstand splashes or brief immersion in water. However, it's worth noting that it's not designed for swimming or diving, so some caution is advised if you're planning to take it near water. Value for Money: Considering the quality of craftsmanship, the reliable automatic movement, and the elegant design, the Orient Men's Analogue Watch offers exceptional value for money. It's priced competitively compared to other automatic watches in the market, making it an excellent entry point for anyone looking to dive into the world of mechanical timepieces. Conclusion: In summary, the Orient Men's Analogue Automatic Watch is a stunning timepiece that combines style, craftsmanship, and functionality. Whether you're a seasoned watch collector or a newcomer to automatic watches, this model is a fantastic choice that will elevate your wrist game. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a reliable and stylish watch that embodies both tradition and modernity.

Nice watch for an OK price. What could be beter: The lunette could is a bit wider, the glass is flat, should get some 3D shape, and the day-dates dont always stand in the middle, but it's OK. A bit hard to turn the crown on and off - maybe because of water resistance.
