This equates to 10 mg of vitamin C to completely neutralize the chlorine and chloramines in 1 gallon of water.The average bathtub holds approx. 30 gallons of water when full. This means that on average, you require only 300 mg of vitamin C to neutralize the chlorine and chloramines in a full tub. Of course, when we leave room for our body we do not completely fill the tub.==> Let us assume we place 25 gallons of water in a tub to bathe in. That means we would need to add 250 mg of vitamin C to the water to neutralize 100% of the chlorine and chloramines. That equates to 1/10 of 1/2 of 1 teaspoon of this product!!!!==> Let's say we want to be certain because your area may use a little more chlorine and chloramines to treat the water. So we decide to double the dose. This means we would add 500 mg of vitamin C to 25 gallons of bath water. This equates to 1/5 of 1/2 teaspoon of this product!!!==> Let's be paranoid and go 4 times the amount of C for a 25 gallon tub, which equals 1000 mg. This equates to less than 1/4 teaspoon of this product!!!According to the label there are 181 servings (1/2 teaspoon) in this container which means even at 4 times amount needed for a 25 gallon bath, we have 362 baths in each bottle (that is after rounding up to a full 1/4 teaspoon)!!!!Not only do I bathe with this product, I also add a little to a large bowl of water when I choose to wash my hair in the sink. I use a cup to scoop out water to rinse my hair. After doing this and installing a chlorine filter in my shower, my scalp has completely stopped itching!!! Please note, vitamin C may cause hair des to fade quicker.If you choose to drink this product, I strongly encourage you to stay below 1/4 teaspoon per day. Please consider that 1/4 teaspoon is still 1200 mg of supplemental C. I get my C from strawberries and pure, organic orange juice as well as via a high quality multi-vitamin (Opti-Men). Excess vitamin C intake (300 mg or more) can be a causal factor for insomnia. You do not need much to be healthy.I highly recommend bathing in this product, shaving with this product added to the water, and washing your hair and face with this product. I also recommend installing a quality, chlorine shower filter.Please note that chorine filters do NOT remove chloramines. That is okay because removing the chlorine is still great for your hair, skin, and lungs.In case I forgot to say it, BUY THIS PRODUCT. You will not be disappointed.

It’s helping with swelling in legs and immune system

I actually meant to get the pill form of this Vit C, and when I realized I bought the wrong type it was too late to exchange it. I decided to use it. I am glad I did. This Vit C is a great quality Vit C without added fillers. Because this does not have a bunch of fillers, it does not take a large amount to help boost my immune system.

I use this make my vitamin c toner, and I've been using it for three bottles of this, and I saw my sun spots decrease a lot and porse is getting smaller. But the catch is will dry out skin very much. So after that I put some organ oil right after that and massage for a good ten minutes. All years I've spent a little money but got the best results. Really Halley with it.How do I make the toner? I use 1/8 of tea spoon this power and mix with 4oz of the Thayer's Rose Petal Witch Hazel toner into the dark bottle and leave dark place, this vitamin c toner mush be out of sun. This bottle most likely last me for a month. I une it twice a day. That's just for my skin. You can make a your own modification

It could be packaged in a smaller container but I guess plastic is cheaper so go ahead and put it in a big one. The peeps will think it’s a great deal.

Love this good quality of vitamin c in powder form, due to difficulty swallowing. Will order again when needed. Received sooner than projected.

For those of us who want to do a higher dose vitamin C regimen, this stuff is perfect. Yes, it's sour as hell, but if you mix it with yogurt, juice, or apple-sauce it's very easy to take. Even higher doses are very affordable with this powder. I order from them as I run out, and will continue to do so.
