Good product
Exactly what I needed. I switched out the old one for the new one and the machine was back up and running immediately. speedy arrival and I would buy again, the next time. My timer breaks.

Appears to be a used/refurbished product
My particular part seems to have the same used/refurbished status as the other reviewers of 2023. It too was taped up at the bottom to hold it together, had marker lines, and discolorations. Nowhere in the item description mentioned anything about being a used part, otherwise I would not have bough it. Part didn't work, so I had to return it. One silver lining, the return process was simple and full refund was quick.

It is definitely an oem product
the product works exactly as needed. The only problem was that a tab that was necessary for installation was broke in the shipping process. I do not feel that this was the the sellers fault. I was able to overcome that problem by adding a washer. I've had this same exact problem when ordering similar parts from my other appliance parts retailers.

Nice washer-dryer stopped advancing through washer cycle. Replacing the clock did the trick!Accessing the correct place to replace the timer was rather tricky.

THis was the second ONE- and it didn't work either.
The knobs go on ONE WAY-- so can't mess that up- but it wouldn't turn- the electric motor couldn'tmake it move. I finally got it to work- but I have to manaually move it sometime. NOT KNOCKING the mechanism-- just maybe something I did wrong... although I don't know what. The knobs are slotted and the shaft it goes on is D shaped- so only can fit ONE way... Maybe you can do better. SERVICE WAS GREAT-- got here EARLY-- and that part was fine- and I'm sure the part was good- something wrong with the mechanic (ME) and how I did it..
