Don't purchase
Worst mountain bike shoes. They don't grip and the soles were chewed up after one ride.

horrible quality
This photo was taken after about 3-4 rides and one of my shoe's soles is completely destroyed, already. These shoes have never even seen metal pins!!! I was using them on the flat pedals that came with my mountain bike, which just have little plastic nubs instead of pins. The manufacturer's website says they have a 1 year warranty that you have to claim through one of their retailers, but so far it has been a massive pain in the ass trying to get a warranty replacement as the seller of these shoes has not been very helpful. Not that a replacement is going to be much consolation considering how short their life was.... even 3 pairs for the price of 1 would be a bad investment

Least Durable Shoe I've Ever Owned... Disappointed
I've bought shoes from Walmart that lasted longer than these for a fraction of the price. Very disappointed that they only lasted a few months before completely falling apart. I ride pretty hard, but I think that is to be expected for mountain biking shoes. The images show what happens to them under normal wear and tear. Can't recommend them literally because of this. They are a comfortable shoe, and fit well, but that all doesn't matter if you can't use them after just months of regular use. They also smell pretty bad after only getting wet once and I can't seem to get the odor to leave, not sure if I'd blame the shoe for that, but worth mentioning. Going to try a Five Ten shoe next as I've heard good things about them, hopefully I have better luck than with these....

Relatively affordable price
I'm genuinely impressed with these shoes. These were my first mountain bike specific shoes because they actually fit my size 13.5 foot!. The design could have been better but the price is on the lower end for mtb shoes which is nice. Initially they looked like they were going to fall apart because of an overuse of shoe glue on the soles but they've held sturdy. I'll likely buy another pair eventually unless more brands will offer size 13.5-14 which is unlikely. Thank you GIRO for thinking of the bigger guys.

Much firmer than gym shoes
Bought these shoes for mountain biking. I’m happy with the shoes although they are a little pricey but they are firm and stick to the pedals well. I have race face pedals. The shoe bottoms aren’t as soft as I expected but it hasn’t been an issue. I noticed they have way more support than regular gym shoes. Not as spongy. They are ok for walking but not so much for all day walking around. Better to have the spongy gym shoes for that

Good looking shoe, but runs a bit small
If you are on the fence on which size to buy, buy the larger size. These were just a bit too small and I thought I could get away with it, but my feet were hurting after a few hundred yards. I had to return them. I liked the stying of the shoe, but they seem to be overpriced for what they are. I ended up with five ten freeriders and would recommend them over these, but the five tens are pricier and much harder to find. These shoes have spotty reviews about durability, specifically regarding the sole. The pigs appear to break off on pedal pins. I never got a chance to ride with these, so I can’t speak to that personally.

Comfortable shoe, Lacks Grip.
Comfortable shoes, sturdy construction. Terrible grip. I read mixed reviews but since I own a pair of Chamber 2 clipless shoes I thought I’d try these. I did several rides with my Crankbrothers Stamp 7s and I’m extremely disappointed with these shoes. Yes, I know you can adjust pin height but the same pedals work fine with an older pair of 510s so I’m certain the issue is with the Giro shoes and lack of grip. I realize some people like some bit of movement, as do I but seriously these do not stick to your pedals in even moderately rough terrain.

Tough skinned, durable shoe
I think this shoe’s saving grace is it’s durability. Before I bought this shoe, I just wore an old pair of Vans on my mountain bikes. I bought this shoe and immediately noticed how much stiffer the shoe is. It will likely take some time to break them in. I’ve had about 6 rides now, and my feet are starting to like them. I can’t say I’m any more impressed with the grip on these shoes than my old Vans, but really nothing wrong with the grip either. I will definitely say they provide a lot more protection than my old Vans. Like I said, they’re pretty stiff, but tough. I sometimes tend to hit things with my feet on the bike, rocks, stumps, branches, etc, and these shoes don’t mind that one bit. I feel like once I get them totally broken in, they’ll be a little more flexible, they’ll form to my pedals a little more, and will likely last me a few years of mountain biking, at least.

Good shoe but no 510
Good enough shoe. Not as grippy as five tens straight out of the box but they are getting better with more riding.

J'adore ces souliers pour le vélo de montagne, ils sont très confortables et s'agrippent bien aux pédales avec des broches antidérapantes. Je recommande fortement. Sachez qu'ils sont fait petits. Je porte habituellement 42 et j'ai dû prendre 43.Love those MTB shoes, they are very comfortable and grip really well to pedals with anti-skid pins. highly recommend. Just be aware they are known to be a little small so go with one point higher. I usually wear 42, had to take 43.

Don’t buy!
The sole rubber is terrible and rips apart way too easily. Small rips after 1 or 2 rides, full bare patches after 5 or 6 rides. Photo attached is after 2 months approx 20 rides. The area that makes contact with the pedals is completely bare. Looks like many Giro soles have a similar pattern and rubber. Save your money, buy another brand!

Schöner Bikeschuh
Schnelle Lieferung, guter Preis. Sehr leicht, aber stabil. Passen wie angegossen. Toller Grip auf Non-Klickpedal

Belle! Occhio al numero!
Belle scarpe! Le ho regalate, consiglio di prestare attenzione alla taglia: lui porta il 42, ordinato un 43 troppo stretto, sostituito con un 44 più comodo.
