Perfect for laminate flooring
Bought to cut laminate flooring tiles and it done the job perfectly. Takes a little force to cut but despite that the tool didn't damage a single tile. Feels a little wobbly even when fully assembled and tightened but didn't affect use.

Not fit for prupose. Leaves a horrible
I ordered this to cut 8mm thick MDF laminate flooring which it should be capable of based on it's description and instructions. I started to use it and quickly found out it's completely useless. It tears the wood leaving a really horribly messy edge. There's no cutting blade it's just a squared edge piece of metal that you have to try to tear the wood with. It also takes a massive amount of force to cut through the wood. It's completely not fit for purpose.

It does work...
Yes, you need to use a lot of force, but although I am a man it was perfectly doable. I wonder if others might have been trying to cut beyond its specified 8mm board-thickness limit.

Are you wo/man enough?
Fantastic tool but you have to super strong to use it!

Takes a little effort
Nice little item and does cut up to 8mm . However this does take some effort and some muscle. On the video it shows this item cutting length ways and angles etc. Forget it...it won't.It cuts by actually crushing the underneath but does leave a smooth finish on top which is what you want.I've marked this item up as fair as I can based on my experience

Would be quicker with a butter knife
The product is somewhat easy to assemble but that's where the joy will end. The blade (or really just the slightly flimsy metal) is so blunt you have to rely entirely on force and pushing to cut the laminate. The resulting edge is rough and leaves bits of the bottom of the laminate torn. It would honestly look better if you just snapped the flooring in half. Do not buy this, it does nothing that it advertises doing and you would need a 10 tonne truck to push the blade in smoothly.

Cuts neatly
Bought to cut vinyl flooring, cuts neatly was sceptical at first as the cutting edge isn’t as I thought it would be like a knife, needless to say it cuts perfect

Doesn't do as advertised.
I think for the price this is a bit of let down. The only product I've ever ordered off of amazon that I havent been completely happy with. First of all, it's extremely difficult to put together and second of all it doesn't do as advertised. It does not cut through laminate in the slightest. Waste of money, sorry.
