Tastes horrid
Horrible taste. You barely taste the mint. It is like trying to drink a coke that is mostly water from the ice melting. It would be ok without the mint or a lot stronger mint flavor. It does seem to help when I can force myself to use it. Using it is kind of like taking cough syrup, you really have to prepare yourself and you really don't want to take it.

This product is a MUST for anyone with braces/Invisalign’s!!
I was really happy with the quality/taste of the oil pulling. I wear Invisalign braces and my mouth sometimes gets sores and my gums are easily irritated. I use oil pulling to get out the sores and to soothe my mouth and gums. This product really does the job! Highly recommended!

Great product from an equally great company!
Such an amazing product!! I have read about the benefits of oil pulling and was so excited to try this for myself. I am happy to say I was not diapppointed! Clear cut directions, great minty taste, and a perfect excuse to not have to answer and of my 6 year old’s (thousands of) questions for a few minutes!! Lol!!! Would definelty recommend this product!

Was pretty skeptical but this actually works
I bought this for my daughter who has braces and was really struggling with mouth sores. The rinse that the orthodontist gave us didn’t help. I was very skeptical that this would work but I have to say that after a month...she is very disciplined about using this product every night before bed...her mouth is in much better shape, the tears and meltdowns have ceased and even the ortho doc said her mouth looked better. It took about a week or so to see results and it doesn’t prevent everything but this product really does seem to work wonders. We are purchasing more.

Didn't see much difference
After a friend told me that using Coconut Oil rinse would whiten your teeth naturally, I decided to try this product. Honestly I only say a small difference in my teeth after the first round. I will probably try it again to see if continued use helps. Also having to rinse for 30 to 40 minutes is really a pain. The taste is OK, but the length of time is difficult.
