A simple device with good function. The pair I was sent were unscratched and in good condition, but they do not perfectly match the picture. The sliding rod is fully tunneled under a continuous long plate rather than under 2 small round wells. The aesthetics are good, but not as ideal as what is pictured. This may be a bit pickey given the placement in closets where they are only seen in use. Aesthetics are far from ugly, more of a 7/10 than the 9/10 of that shown and still acceptable. Durability not likely to be a problem, though my units are quite new.

5 stars for product, 1 star for packaging. Packaging was terrible. Items arrived in a small box inside of a bigger box and all was okay. Pulled out valet rods and they were wrapped up in bubble wrap. This did not prevent the rod from shifting down into the outer sleeve causing it to rub on the edge and chip the finish off and cause deep scratches. I purchased this from “BCTC Products Deals”.

These slide out rods are very handy in our cramped walk in closet. When there is just no available space to hang things and sort them into their place these rods slide out about ten inches and make that space. they are heavy duty, very easily installed and look good.

Works as promised, nice quality and finish

I bought this item for the attachment to the wall as pictured. Received a completely different item that attaches with 4 screws. Beware, the item picture is incorrect.
