Works with the dated (early 2000s) version of DICK’S Sporting Goods “Fitness Gear” brand bench with vertical attachment receptacle. You do have to remove the plastic square from the top of the receptacle, and I added some scrap cardboard to the sides to prevent excessive wobble. I do wish there was some kind of stop to keep the plate from falling back against the shins. The rabbit ears work to do that if you put them on first.

The quality is very solid. The range of motion is perfect, it seems to be rare that a bench add on actually has full rom but this one does for sure. Only issue was that it didn't come with the bolt to lock it in, easy enough to get one though. Really works well, is comfortable and a great price.

I used this with the Marcy Smith cage system as this was not an accessory with the unit. It fits great, just pull off the top leg rest and it works perfectly. It is poorly designed and requires you to use a spacer to keep the weights away from rubbing up against your legs. Overall it works though, just takes some playing around. Look at my pictures and you’ll see how it fits.

The fittings are loose and there is some wobble from side to side while using the machine. It’s not terrible but it’s just enough to make your lift inconsistent. Hard to get and even pump when it favors leaning to one side. Also the weight slides past the stopper which can be annoying on leg extensions when it hits your shins.

As described works great with the bench I have

Seems to be well built, but clearances seem tight. Plates hit my shins when doing extensions and could use a spacer to move them away from your legs. Adjustable lengths would be nice, but you get what you pay for.If you are buying this for a bench other than Valor Fitness, be aware the height adjustment holes are on the left and right sides on the square tube. My bench has the adjustment pin running rear to front, so I need to drill some holes to make it work.

B u y di rect from Valor websi te and save $5! It works great with my discontinued Mpex/Impex weight bench. It tilts up at an angle a little bit but still works like a champ! If you use wide plates, like Olympic 45's, they will rub your legs a little when doing the extensions. I don't have Tom Platz quads, so 25 lb plates work fine for me and don't rub.
