Delivery from TVsandMore was so fast it arrived before a product coming from amazon ordered the same day.I bought 2 other new tv's (different brands and different suppliers) before this one and sent both back. The Blaupunkt had a poor panel with washed out blacks, and the LG had a nice picture but I could barely hear the sound at all. Pretty sure it had a speaker fault.Let's face it most of us know that Samsung have had the best screens for years and this top quality model was no exception. The picture is amazing, I love the 55 inch size, 60 would have been too big. The sound is good though not amazing - WITHOUT a sound bar. I advise not bothering with a sound bar unless you are going for 3D or surround. The bass is plentiful and everything else is clear and loud enough when wanted. Speaking of bass I also love the BASE which is heavy and very solid and I cant use the TVs of this size that have seperate feet as they just wouldn't fit on my beloved oak tv unit. Picture quality is as good as it gets without spending more than double the cost of this on a QLED. This model has an auto adjust brightness that will change dependant on room lighting and glare (and works well), 2 remotes, and voice activation/channel change/web browsing. It comes with most viewing apps you could want pre installed with the option to install more if wanted. It picked up my wireless instantly and everything works as plug and play during and after the initial setup which is clear and easy.This model is better than most OLED tv's from other brands.If you can't, or don't want to, stretch to QLED then a 7 series Samsung is the best you are going to get. With regard to bang for buck the newest 8 series versions don't offer enough to justify the price difference between those and this (not surprising since they came out in the same year) and is a QLED THAT much better when factoring in price? I don't think so.For my money this is a best buy right now and I'm over the moon with it.

Tv is just brilliant good colours, sound for me is perfectly good as one would expect for 20 watt speakers. Its bluetooth is simple to set up and so far no drop out or distortion clear as a bell. The Smart Hub functions work well especially with the smart remote easy to nip around menus with its disc and button design. Cant say I care much for voice activated tech I always find it faster typed or clicked but this seems to work ok. Playing files from Blu ray or Usb also easy to use and then theres the picture quality...its really impressive especially for the price my older Tv is an old series 7 and still works well, but the picture quality especially with Hdr is stunning and that goes for the Ps4 and normal HD telly looks great.I also have to say fair play to Amazon as I purchased direct from them. My TV turned up next day as promised and I set it up. Unfortunately there were some small dead pixels in the centre of the screen. Although no obvious signs of damage there was a dent in the box. That said wether damaged or manufacturing fault these things happen. Anyway Amazon sent out a replacement within 24hrs I have to say Im impressed with their tech callback system and swift and courteous messages when sorting the replacement Im very happy thanks.

Supplier :I will start by reviewing the seller. What can I say other than a very good service. I made the purchase on Monday afternoon and the TV was delivered to my house on Wednesday. I also received a call on Tuesday to inform me the driver will arrive between 11am - 2pm. It was delivered to me using a specialist courier and the driver was very friendly and took a lot of care with handling the TV. Its a large box as you can imagine but they did well to not dent or damage the box.The TV:Samsung are by far the market leaders in the TV arena. The TV was very easy to setup. The menu's are logical and easy to follow and I was up and running in minutes. The smart features are very useful. I was easily able to sign into my Netflix, Amazon Prime Video & BBC iPlayer. The picture is very high quality even when watching SD tv. I have my SKY HD and 4K Blu Ray player connected to the TV via an Onkyo 5.1.2 amp and speaker set up. The 4K movies are breathe-taking. HD 1080p looks stunning and I love the way the TV up-scales just the right amount without making the picture look "fake"! I cannot believe for £450.00 I am getting so much value. If you are in the market for a new UHD TV do not even think about it, buy this and you will not be disappointing. Lastly, I would like to mention the smart remote. It is one of the most intuitive and innovative remote I have seen for a long time, it controls SKY TV and all my other AV equipment through the one remote (and its looks very sleek too)
