These are lower quality filters.
After reading the mixed reviews, I decided to order this filter set, and also ordered the OEM $41.27 “ ACDelco TP1007 Professional Fuel Filter Kit with Covers and Seals” and compare them. This filter set is packaged in a box with Spanish Language text on it, and no part numbers. Inside the box were two filters, with dirty smudges on them and frayed/fuzzy media and dusty plastic covers. The O-rings are dull blue. The more expensive AC Delco filters were clean, the filter media was in excellent condition, the O-rings were shiny blue, and each filter was wrapped in plastic to keep them clean and packaged in a box with English Language text and the appropriate part number. I found this product to be of lesser quality so I chose to send it back. I will pay the extra $20 for first-quality product. In my photos this product is on the right and the more expensive “OEM” version on the left.

Genuine GM parts received.
Product receive were genuine GM parts. They fit perfectly and have had no issues with them, as far as the rings go, make sure you put oil on them before install. Will buy again!

Does the job of every other fuel filter I bought. My only (tiny) complaint is the filter media was scuffed in an area the size of my fingerprint.
