Organic and wholesome at a premium
My two daughters love fruit snacks of all types, and they are a regular staple in their school lunch boxes. I have tried to be mindful in recent years of the ingredients, avoiding fruit snacks or strips that contain high fructose corn syrup or added sugar of any kind. It's actually somewhat difficult to find what I would consider "healthy" fruit snacks unless you search for them online. Most of the familiar character brand-driven snacks at the grocery store are not wholesome at all. These organic fruit strips from Farm Sweet contain no added sugar. The ingredients are thankfully simple, containing only fruit (specifically a blend of pear, apple, kiwi and grape). They taste as you would expect fruit strips to taste, addictively sweet and smooth. My daughters enjoyed them and had no issue with replacing their current fruit snacks (Welch's, about the best I could find at the grocery store) with these for a while. The only downside is the premium you pay for organic, no-sugar-added snacks. At the current price, these average roughly seventy-five cents per strip. I recently got an eighty-count of Welch's fruit snacks at a wholesale club for under ten dollars. That said, I am pleased that the kids are getting a half serving of fruit per strip with no added sugar. If you are able to get these on a regular basis, they do make a fine, organic substitute for regular fruit snacks. I suspect that most kids will like these.

Good, but not as good as fruit by the foot
When my kids were younger, I was always trying to find sources of fruits and vegetables and found fruit strips tended to be more nutritious than fruit snacks, which are basically sugar, gelatin, and flavorings. My favorite fruit-like snack was fruit by the foot which had a nice thickness and texture. In comparison, these three flavors of fruit strips are slightly less delicious. My daughter and I prefer the fruit medley to apple or grape but all taste okay. The thickness is greater than fruit by the foot but these provide 1/2 serving of fruit with 8 g of sugar (about 2 tsp) and are organic which is a bonus. In summary, these not quite as tasty fruit strips get bonus points for providing 1/2 serving of fruit and being organic. For me, it'd be hard to choose these over my favorite fruit strips because flavor is important to me as it is to my kids.

Pretty good taste, nice to have a healthy snack on my desk
These fruit strips are actually pretty good tasting and for someone like me that works at home and has a tendency to snack a lot as they work (I'm a writer), I think they're a far healthier alternative to those little mini candy bars I seem to devour. Each strip is in its own little foil packed and they taste very fresh to me. They're not that big and I practically inhaled the first one, but they are satisfying.I got Fruit Medley, not the variety pack, so I only have one flavor to test. I do like that they are certified organic and that there's no sugar added--and that there are only 35 calories per fruit strip. My only real issue with these is the price--they're kind of pricey. Not sure that I'd spend this kind of money to satisfy my snacking urge, but maybe if they start discounting multiple boxes I'd revisit that.

Ingredients? Apples. Well, the sweet part, anyway...
This fruit "leather" is made of apples, and nothing more. Farm Sweet Organic Fruit Strips have a real apple taste, have the right amount of chewiness, and are easy to open.Like all fruit leathers, however, the peel is removed, and according to the label, there is no fiber (soluble and insoluble?). That makes them second best to the real thing.I've also tried the fruit medley pack. Simple ingredients... fruit. You can't complain that you are getting something added with mysterious 30 letter chemical names here! With the fruit puree, these fruit leathers are naturally sweet. They are packed well, and count more as a snack than a real fruit serving. Alas, the fiber that is inherent in a whole piece of fruit is lacking here.

Mango (apple/mango/guava) fruit leather; Ingredients; Nutritional info
To me these taste plenty sweet, and have plenty of fruit flavor and a nice tang. I don't use added sugar on a regular basis, so my taste may be different than some who say they don't taste very sweet, but these are two thirds sugar by weight according to the nutritional info. It's all naturally in the fruit, not added. The texture is softer and more moist than some fruit leather I've had, but it's not the most of either.30 (I counted) individually foil-wrapped strips about 2x4".Ingredients: Organic apple puree, organic mango puree, organic guava puree. Not from concentrate.Per 12g strip: 30 calories, 9g carbs including 8g sugar, less than 1g protein, 0g fat and sodium and fiber, 20% RDA of vitamin C.

Amazingly delicious for such simple ingredients
Oh boy - I love the Mango flavor of these! They are so convenient and so delicious! The remind me of fruit roll-ups but in a grown up healthy version. The Mango literally has 3 ingredients - that's it. And somehow the flavor is still absolutely delicious - not too sweet and not bland at all. They're the perfect little snack for when I have a sweet tooth but want to keep my choices healthy. The package comes with 30 total strips, however they are a little pricey for the size. I assume you're paying for the Organic aspect, and although they're a little more than what I'd typically pay for a snack size item, I have to admit that I'm tempted to buy these again because I like them that much.

very small snack
These fruit strips are made entirely of apples and grapes. They are sweet and soft- easy to chew. It's nice to have a snack that it just fruit, but these are very, very small (12g). Maybe they are designed for toddlers? Even a 5 or 6 year old would need to eat a couple of these for a snack. The nice thing about them being small and flat is that they can be easily slipped into a jacket pocket, folder, or purse to eat on-the-go.These have 0g of fiber, unlike eating a whole piece of fruit, so it's best to save them for times when carrying a piece of fruit is inconvenient or impossible.
