My favourite tape!!
Love this tape, I’m a sports therapist and use this on my clients and they always comment on how long it lasts.I twisted my ankle two weeks ago and have been support taping myself and it’s been excellent.It looks really good too!!You have to make sure the skin is dry, that you apply properly with the right tension and rub to heat activate the tape.

Doesn’t work for me
Tried to use this on my knee. Followed instructions and shaved the area . Starts to peel off during 4 mile run every time and as for it being waterproof , I don’t think so as totally peels off in shower . I’ll try another brand next time

works well, need to apply tape carefully without touching sticky side.
used on leg as had pain, no booklet supplied with product.

Does not stick
This tape is very poor, it did not hold or remain firmly stuck to the skin. I wouldn’t recommend it as effective in what it’s supposed to be doing .
