Better than a plain notebook!

I like that the product is sleek and discreet.Cons- the area to write in is very small and the pages are congested with content.

User Friendly; Covers Everything
This journal is great! Nice size and great quality. There are several months worth of pages to log work outs (if you work out once a day). The journal covers everything from your mood to nutrition, from weights, to cardio and stretching. I’ll definitely purchase again once this one is full. 😁
