INTERESTING PRODUCT -- TIPS FOR USE
This product is more stiff slightly wire and works well to add bling to embroidery items. First, each skein has about 12 very thin threads and separating them is really not an option; so work with the thread without separating. Also the ends seem to want to fluff or unwind at cut end, so what I do is choose the length and put in two knots about an inch apart and do the cut between that way it does not fray at ends, then at the end where your will thread into needle, cut a new cut at the other end to be able to thread through eye of needle before it begins to fray or unwind.I am pleased with the appearance. This thread works good to straight stiches but not well for loops because it is wire like rather than silky.Good product but it takes a few minutes to get use to using it.

Beautiful colors and easy to use
I started making friendship bracelets during quarantine and wanted to add a little sparkle and this thread is perfect. The colors are so vibrant and really pop and this pack had a really nice assortment. The threads are a little stiff as one would expect from metallics but not so bad that they are hard to use, at least for my purpose. I read some reviews about fraying but I tied a small knot in each end before using and have not had any issues. Love these and would definitely buy again.

Poor quality for embroidery
Very stiff and difficult to use. Not as described which indicated that it was cotton

Pretty metallic colors but takes some work to get it right
This assortment of metallic embroidery floss was just what I was looking for. I needed gold, red, green, and purple. All the colors are pretty. Be warned that it is difficult and time consuming to work with. It frays constantly and the strands separate seemingly on their own. It bunches up when you make a stitch, so you have to unthread the needle and smooth all the strands down. If you are patient, you will get a beautiful result. It does work with the needle threader that I use for cotton embroidery floss.

A little brassy in color
This thread is more metal than thread, & prefers to either be used as fairly big stitches ( say, min. 3/8 inch) or tacked down with another more fluid thread. It also is quite a brassy gold vs. a calm gold.

I haven't tried embroidering with these yet but they look to be good quality and the color range is exactly what I was hoping for. Most kits seem to have gold and silver but this has a whole spectrum from copper to silver with lighter and darker and more and less yellow shades of gold. The jewel tones are great too. The neon green is really out of place, as others have said, but this set is worth it without that.

Not the colors I expected
The package had a lot of darker colors and the brighter colors were the ones with the least amount of. Very stiff and not great for bracelet making!
