USB 3.0 to HDMI Video Graphics Adapter Card

Device worked perfectly. For a week. Then it went blank for no apparent reason. I actually ordered the 2.0 USB version of this product, but that version provided a very fuzzy screen. This version has a clear screen--as long as it works properly. Then when it stops working, DisplayLink has some troubleshooting tips, but at the end they basically state that a replacement is a problem with the manufacturer, not DisplayLink. There were no clear directions about getting a hold of the manufacturer.I'm grateful that I bought this through Amazon, so I can return it through the Amazon system. Otherwise I think I would be even more frustrated than I am now.Great idea. Poor implementation.

Plugged this box in and it worked like a champ for 10 months....now it has stopped working at all. If I unplug and replug the cables, I get a picture for about 20 seconds and then a blank colored screen. Sound is going through to the TV, so I know there is some kind of connection. However, Windows will recognize the device for that 20 seconds and then it drops out of device manager. This was easily a 5-star product for me...until now. Tried deleting drivers and software for both the unit and WIN10 USB ports. Reloaded everything...no go. I guess if you are content replacing $50 devices every 9-10 months, then this would be a great buy.

It works great with HP Touchsmart 610. I tried two other USB monitor adapters that did not work properly with this computer. This 3.0 USB adapter produces a nice image and the HP 610 touchscreen still allows the touch input. My HP is USB 2.0, but this USB 3.0 adapter works fine. I did need to burn a copy of the micro CD driver onto a regular size CD to play it in the HP 610 vertical CD/DVD drive.

So far everything works as advertised. My laptop hdmi died so this little gizmo saved me. I do not have any issues at all using it and works every time.

Worked for 1 month and the provided USB 3.0 cable was an issue. Replaced the cable to get it working.3 months it stopped working again but this time a cable swap doesn't fix. Regardless of the cable used, the blue LED lights up but continually connects and disconnects but does not work. Swapped cables and tried on several pc's - no go.The IOGear product is more expensive but the 10 we bought have been working for over a year now.

Very simple to install and bulletproof in operation.It just works.

This product is not good. Poorly made and arrived not working. I tried multiple cables and even tried splitters to see if I could get anything to work. Nothing at all. I sent it back to Amazon. Poor quality too bad.
