Tone's Italian Seasoning - Classic Blend of Herbs (6 oz)

Awesome flavor! Great for flavoring pizza and Italian dishes!

Aside from being extremely good value for money, considering you're getting enough seasoning to last a year or more, this seasoning is great. It's a very fragrant and flavorful Italian seasoning and definitely makes its' presence known in any dish it's added to. Another plus is that it is easy to disperse and only takes a couple shakes to properly season anything. There just isn't much to complain about. A great purchase.

This is one of my favorite seasonings to use. I use it in everything from soups, potatoes to meats. I have not been able to find the larger containers so when I found this I was thrilled.

I use lots and lots of Italian seasoning in my general cooking. When I ran out of my last supply of dried Italian seasoning, I started looking around and found the prices to be totally ridiculous - that's even if I could find the stuff to begin with. After looking around various stores including the big-box stores and warehouse stores, I settled on buying this. There's a nice mix of the usual Italian flavored seasonings: oregano, marjoram, thyme, basil, rosemary and sage, No MSG, no salt, no sugar and no stems/no seeds that we don't need. The product was fresh smelling, had a really nice aroma to it and has a pleasant taste that adds to the flavor of all types of foods. It was exactly what I was looking for and at a reasonable price. It's on my amazon shopping list for next time I need it.

Good spice mix

Given a choice, I will always opt for Tone's when buying spices. The are fresh, good tasting, and impart the wanted flavors to whatever one is cooking. I use them for my perfectly seasoned spaghetti and pizza sauces. Truly, to me, a perfect pantry would be one stocked with all manner of each and every one (and the 6 oz. size) of Tone's seasonings! A bonus; I must cook and eat allergen free and Tone's puts a serious eye towards consideration of allergens not being contained in their products and did so long before it was in the public dialogue. I LOVE this company and their products!

I add 2 ounces of organic Italian herbs to a quart filled with 100 proof Vodka (must be 100 proof, not the common 80 proof Vodka). Let it sit in a pantry for two weeks. It turns very dark. Strain the tonic into a small bottle. Take 1 teaspoon a day until the blood pressure is your ideal pressure. Do this for three consecutive calendar days at the right pressure. Reduce to 1/2 tsp a day to maintain that ideal pressure for you; again for three consecutive days. After that you only need 1/2 tsp a day, as needed. You will not need to take it every day. This is a nutrient tonic that helps the body gain and retain its ideal blood pressure without the terrible side effects of all the other prescription drugs on the market. I know, I've been there. I use this seasoning for lots of my dishes... even some that are NOT Italian. The Herb blend is really good and this seasoning makes my cooking recipes...delicious. My local grocery store charges an arm and a leg for a VERY SMALL jar of this seasoning. Thank you Amazon for your great price and quality of product. Will ALWAYS buy my ALL seasonings from you.

I took a gamble buying such a large quantity of Italian Seasoning. It paid off. This is a great blend. And I won’t run out for quite some time.
